What Teacher Say's Will Students Love Teaching
We asked several new teachers what they liked about their work. Here he says

The students
Teachers cite working with students because they love teaching. Many teachers get a rush as they watch a student master a new concept or come up with an innovative idea. In addition, teachers who are happy in their jobs are not discouraged or take it personally when students experience failures; Instead, they see these situations as challenges. Teachers love knowing that they can make changes in a student's life within and outside the classroom.
The responsibility
Teachers enjoy leading their own classes and they like autonomy and independence on the job. A good aspect about this industry is that you don't have to wait for the challenge and responsibility; Unlike many other professions, teaching recent graduates loves to jump right in and do what they teach — rather than sit through a tedious training period or slowly climb the promotion hierarchy.

Stimulating children's minds and helping them learn is a challenging task that constantly requires new ideas and new perspectives. Many teachers cite the opportunity to make learning fun as one of the high points of the job. For example, a high school English teacher shared with us, "Nathaniel is relevant to Hawthorne interesting and sophistication. But ask him to wear the big Scarlet A on his chest for one day in high school and he suddenly gets new respect and understanding of Hester Pryne! "
Summer off
All teachers agree that getting two months' leave in summer is an added benefit of working in this profession. Teachers use this free time in various ways; Some teach at school in the summer, while others attend educational workshops and conferences, travel the world, or just relax and some catch up on reading.
Other faculty
Most teachers enjoy interacting with their colleagues. Faculty members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and disciplines, making for a fun and intellectually stimulating work environment. A second-grade teacher referred to her colleagues as "… friends, mutual advisors and confidants". Also, when you spend all your time with children, adult conversation is good! "

Although teachers can present the same material from year to year, their students are always bringing, changing, with new challenges and new ideas. Classes have dynamic work environments, and no two days are ever the same. According to a new teacher, "I think it is more tolerance to work in a strong office day by day." One of the best things about my job is that it's never boring, and I almost never have to sit for long periods of time
